What we do
We are the energy action charity working across rural Renfrewshire including the communities of Lochwinnoch, Kilbarchan, Howwood, Bridge of Weir, Houston, Brookfield and Crosslee.
We help local residents save energy and money, providing free impartial advice on insulation, draught proofing, heating, renewable energy generation, grants and subsidies. LEAP are a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) Charity Number SC044019.
Save money! Our Home Energy Checks and advice have already saved over 600 local households up to 13% on their utility bills through simple inexpensive actions.
Get Involved! We support a network of local volunteers working to make our villages more sustainable, from food fairs to transport options, schools to community renewable energy generation. We would love to hear from you!
